About Stud Service: |

|
We do not provide any stud services for non-breeders, nor do we recommend anyone. This is a greedy, money-making practice that non-show catteries provide, without any regard for the welfare of the female being bred, which could result in C-sections or death of the cat. People who want to breed their cat once for the experience of kittens being born are not acquainted with the complications that can accompany birthing babies. The female may need an emergency C-section which could cost $700-$1000. And then the female must be spayed anyway, and result in no live kittens. Also, there is a risk of transmitting diseases when bringing a strange cat into one's home. In addition to this, some catteries do not care they are contributing to the over-populated pet market. And many times, pure-bred cats end up in shelters.
